Maruti Suzuki gave a major makeover to its sedan - SX4. New model is BS IV compliant and engine is upgraded to VVT (Variable Value Timing) technology. The technology allows the timing of the intake valve to be changed while engines are on. This ensure a better usage of the power and improved engine efficiency with optimized fuel consumption. The power of new model would be around 104 PS @ 5600 rpm in compariosn to the existing 103 PS @ 5500 rpm.
On the look side, it is packed with the new 10 spoke alloy wheels. Front grille now have sporty honeycomb shape. No other major change. Interiors get new two-tone beige colors. New SX4 will be available in 7 new colors.
Prices has been set between Rs. 6.68 lack for the base VXi model, Rs. 7.37 lakh for ZXi and Rs. 8.36 Lakh for the fully loaded ZXi variant with 4-speed automatic transmission system.
