To lure the indian customers to the showrooms, Ford has launched new variants of Fiesta last month. The New Fiesta was launched with a few changes made to the front bumpers, headlights, and the grille. The tail lamps look a little more menacing compared to the predecessor, the headlamps are extended and taper towards the grille. The price will remain similar to the old Fiesta and the few cosmetic changes add to the Fiesta fervor. On the inside, the upholstery has been changed and the dashboard is sleeker.

The engines for the different variants are 1.4l turbo-diesel and 1.6l petrol. Power offered is 68bhp at 4000rpm from the 1.4l turbo-diesel. The petrol version provides 101bhp at 6500rpm.   This is just the old Fiesta peppered with some sporty cosmetic changes. Customer may like the looks which will help company to boost the sales when its really going down with rising interest rates.
